Jacky Levare is a Juno Award-winning songwriter, producer, and pop artist based in Toronto. His music often begins as a love story but gradually reveals something deeper: the complicated process of learning self-worth.
His upcoming EP RomCom blends pop songwriting with a four-chapter short-film mini-series exploring the emotional moments behind the music. What appears to be a cinematic relationship story slowly unfolds into a reflection on insecurity, growth, and the realization that someone else’s approval can’t define your value.
Alongside his artist work, Levare has collaborated as a songwriter and producer with artists including Walk Off The Earth, Scott Helman, Tenille Townes, Kellie Loder, Swedish pop artist Namelle, and Cree Two-Spirit artist Siibii (Angel Baribeau).
Their single “YOY” has surpassed one million streams and received regular SiriusXM airplay, while “Body to Body” reached #1 on the SiriusXM Indigenous Music Countdown.
